We photograph every phase of a re-roof and stay current on sealed water barriers, deck re-nailing and roof truss tie-downs, so you can claim every insurance discount your new roof qualifies for.
Flat Roofs That Drain
Since 2004, Florida code requires a re-roofed flat roof that ponds water for more than 48 hours to be sloped to drain. We install tapered insulation systems under every flat roof that needs one.
The Owner on Every Job
Our own employees install everything except concrete tile, which goes to one of Tampa Bay's most trusted tile installers. And John is on every job, making sure the work is done right.

When Hurricane Charley left some of our customers with leaking roof vents, John's crew tracked down the cause and replaced those vents with newer designs, free of charge.
